Biography

Who are we? Just a bunch of whacky funsters who work together at Sky Movies here in the UK.

What that means is we spend our working lives talking, thinking and generally mouthing off about movies. You name a movie - we've got an opinion about it.

We work in the teams that licence, schedule, review, and promote films that appear on the Sky Movie subscription and Pay Per View channels on UK satellite TV. We also run skymovies.com, Sky Movies Active and Sky By Broadband.

While what we do isn't important in an end world poverty/cure cancer sort of way, we just felt that between us we do have a lot of fun and felt it might be fun to share some of it.

But lets just get one thing clear: this is our blog, not Sky's. The opinions, views, rants, fantasies and mistakes are all our own work.

While the nice people in suits and offices we work for know what we are doing (it only seemed polite to let them know) they have given us their blessing as long as we don't sell the family silver or give away company secrets. All the usual sort of stuff you'd expect really.

So there you have it. We hope you enjoy reading all this as much as we have stealing it from other better blogs writing it.
